Grecotel Ilia Palms

We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel! The territory is huge, beautifully maintained, and full of charming, Instagram-worthy spots. One great feature is the golf carts driving around the resort — they can take you anywhere you need, which makes getting around super easy and comfortable. There are plenty of pools to enjoy, and the fact that they’re open 24/7 was a big plus. The Pool Bar deserves a special mention — the atmosphere is incredible, and the cocktails are absolutely delicious. The drinks throughout the resort were always on point. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was simply fantastic — a wide variety of dishes, all fresh and full of flavor. We truly indulged in the best way possible! Another thoughtful detail was the breakfast boxes prepared for early morning excursions. Overall, we were left with a wonderful impression. Everything — from the setting to the service — was top-notch. We 100% recommend this hotel!

Wonderful resort with top-notch service! Extremely clean and well-maintained hotel, with modern and comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The food at the restaurant was delicious and diverse – especially the dinner! The pools were clean, and the location is peaceful, perfect for rest and relaxation. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

There are 3 or 4 Grecotel hotels. Specifically the Palms is the oldest one; TOO OLD. Rooms are not very clean. Most of the facilities such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, beach access etc. are found on the other hotels and so you have to change hotel to enjoy some facilities. To change hotel you can walk for about 5-10 minutes or get on one of the golf carts available every 15 minutes. You can freely use the facilities of the other hotels such as the swimming pools. Yet, personally I believe the Palms hotel has the best swimming pool as it is the warmest one as well as the most quiet. In more general, the Grecotel hotels have infinite facilities which can also be seen in more detail in the Grecotel app. The aqua park has some very nice slides appropriate for older ages too. The food tastes lovely and it is found in large quantities and varieties. Summarising, upon seeing the other Grecotel hotels we regretted we didn’t book to stay there, as we were completely disappointed about how old the building was and likewise with the rooms. The room was not worth the money spent at all. However most of our time was spent in the facilities which were very worthy.
