Grecotel Luxme Dama Dama

We had an amazing stay at Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama The **Guest Services team was outstanding** shout out Kristina! friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Every staff member we met was warm and professional, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The **food was exceptional**—fresh, delicious, and varied. We especially loved the lunch buffet best giros we’ve had! Pick a spot on the beach, the comfort & drinks service is first class ❤️

I just stayed here with my husband for a few days, it’s a very beautiful resort with very amazing serving staff. All the bartenders, bar managers, servers, and waiters/waitresses were absolutely beyond amazing. I think our best night of our trip was visiting the Greek restaurant, because of the waiter we had. I will say, it did seem that one of the managers for the restaurant and beach bar that we had encountered many times on our trip was very harsh to the staff and it was quite uncomfortable to see them treated like that. The buffet food is one of the best that i’ve ever been to, the environment is very calm and peaceful and overall if you’re looking for a good place to tan, relax, and have great food, i would certainly recommend staying.

So disappointed in this resort. We previously stayed at the Grecotel in Corfu and it was amazing....this place is not. Rooms, hallways, elevators all need renovation. Currently the air-conditioning is not working. The first room we checked into last night had hot air coming out of the AC vents so we waited about 1- 1 1/2 hours for them to put us in another room just to have the same EXACT thing happen. We had to sleep with the sliding doors open and of course woke up with mosquito bites everywhere. If the resort as a whole is experiencing issues with their air-conditioning, we should have been notified of this when we checked in yesterday. The 2 meals we have had so far at this resort have just been mediocre at best.While the hotel staff are extremely polite and the ocean view and pools are very beautiful, that cannot make up for all the other things listed in this post. I would NEVER stay here again. It's so bad my husband is looking for a room elsewhere. Again, I cannot describe my level of disappointment at this resort compared to the one on Corfu. The one on Corfu is a 10, this is a 2.
