Grecotel Olympia Oasis & Aqua Park

I'm currently staying at this hotel and everything is perfect. The property is large and very well-organized. Room service is good, with towels and sheets changed every day. The view is good, with a private garden facing the sea. I can definitely recommend it to everyone..

It's a big place with quite some options to spend your time, located at a beautiful sand beach. Here and there may be spots requiring repairs, but we think the place is well kept. Yes, WLAN is weak. Even now at high season still some beach deck chairs to be had. Sand could do with some cleaning. Pools are decent, too. Organized activities in pool and at land add to the fun. Paid water activities in the sea (kayak, wind surfing, Crazy Sofa...) available at the beach from a 3rd party provider. Our family room was clean, well kept, and nicely located with terrace looking out on the sea and a/c working good. There are many food options throughout the day, and also various restaurants, but we had a hard time getting reservations, book early! The main restaurant's buffet options will not leave anyone hungry, and seem to change over the week. Reception also offers organized dine-out options; with Amvrosia warmly recommended. The water park may be good fun for smaller kids...ours (11+13y) were done in about an hour after having done each slide twice. All staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Plenty of included drink options at various bars. And watching the sunset from the Lobby Bar with a cool cocktail at the ready tops off each day.

Avoid like a plague . **Review for Grecotel Oasis:** I recently stayed at Grecotel Oasis, and I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The food situation was absolutely ridiculous—every meal came with a 20-minute wait in line, and the menu was incredibly repetitive. It felt like I was eating pasta and pizza for every meal, with no variety whatsoever. The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There was a persistent smell of sewage, and the pools were not much better. I encountered cockroaches everywhere, and there were spiders in the kids' room, which is unacceptable. We paid for a bungalow, only to be given a room with an obstructed view. When I tried to address these issues with management, they were incredibly hostile. They refused to meet with us or respond to our emails. It was frustrating to see that the director only acknowledges complaints on Google reviews, seemingly dismissing them and suggesting that I must have reviewed the wrong hotel. The management approach here is utterly ostrich-like—ignoring problems and hoping they'll go away. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it at all costs. It was the biggest waste of money for us, and as former members of the Grecotel, we will definitely not be returning!
