Green Acres Lakeside Resort

We had a great time at this resort. The log cabin was very nice and clean. Beds were comfy, had tv and wifi. Lovely beach area with free water sport toys. We loved our deer friends that came to visit every night- even Bambi with spots dropped by! A great spot for families!

Gteen Acres is my favorite vacation destination on this planet. Prior to Covid, I had stayed here for a week or longer every year since 2013. This year, I flew my family 4,500 km to spend a week here. Ganges is a wonderful little town, Saltspring Island is a gem, and Greenacres is the apex of the zen. The cabins have been upgraded, the grounds are well kept. Deer stroll through the resort, bald eagles soar over head. Delightful and restful are the words that come to mind.

Stayed here in a really nice and spacious log cabin with my family of 5. A loft with a huge king bed, a room with twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Nice modern bathroom with a bathtub, good kitchen with full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and even a dishwasher! Big windows looking out to the beautiful trees. I love it that there is free wifi! It is a very short walk down to a beautiful lake where there is a boathouse with life jackets and paddles, etc, that are available for guests to use. I can imagine how popular the place would be in the summer! It is a cozy getaway for winter break for us- it was beyond my expectations 😀
