The rooms were clean, the manager of hotel Mr Ramazan was helpful and the chef of restaurant Mr Neco was so kind. What else you can expect I don’t know!

We didnt stay at here,and Thank god didnt stay.The staff was extremly bad.She was using glasses.We asked for price and she didnt answer it. Apart from being rude, he shouted at a Turkish woman passing by me.she asked the woman how she entered Macedonia and shouted when she did not answer.Management,you should kick out her.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times but this last time was the worst experience. The staff is amazing and I truly feel bad for them however, the owners are the absolute worst people! We had no heat, no hot water for days at a time. There was no WiFi for over 2 weeks. We stayed on the floor that they said was recently renovated however, the mattresses were rock hard, the bathrooms reeked that we wanted to vomit every time we entered. Can barely get towels let alone a towel rack in the rooms but they claim they renovated these dingy rooms. We had 3 rooms and we had the worst time. To spend that much money a night, the hotel is kept at bare minimum and the owners could care less! As I’ve said, our family has stayed multiple times for weeks at a time and we will never ever stay again. How can you charge luxury pricing for slums?
