A beautiful, clean hotel with kind staff and serving. It's close to the old town (20 minutes walk), and about 1 km away from many turistic attractions. Breakfast is continental, and you can choose from a variety of foods from fruit to omelette, sausages, bacon, and cakes. Loved it!
Great hotel! Stayed here for more than a week in winter. Location is super, close to Metro and Tram station. Room was big and spacious, bed very comfy. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet great with a lot of variations. I will definitely come back.
Overall a fine hotel. Goran in the bar is a legend! We had booked breakfast & dinner which they consider half board. Our only issue was on our 1st night we didn't eat down in the dining area & chose to order something & get it sent up via room service. While they do charge a little fee for room service & any drinks, we were charged in full for the meal we ordered although we had paid for breakfast & dinner with our booking. This I thought was crazy as if you have already paid upfront for dinners for the week, there should've in my opinion been no charge for the meal, only the drinks & the service charge. When we mentioned it there was confusion. In the end we just let it go as there was so much confusion. A pity. They also have menus different for half board & a la carte.
