Green Garden Resort & Spa Hotel

It's a great hotel that deserves its rating. The staff is helpful and friendly (well, most), every area is constantly kept clean. You can clearly see the effort. The food selection is good, quality is nice,and while the Turkish cuisine tends towards minced meat food and desserts overflowing with sugar, everyone can find something to their taste. To be fair, there are things to improve: - the air conditioner unit was dropping water inside the room onto the bed. Needed two calls, finally it was repaired. They acted very fast, but first didn't verify if it was corrected. - in the shower the drain was overflowing with water, frequently flooding the bathroom. The towel holder was loose and came out. Not a huge issue, but annoying for a 5 star. - while cats are cute outside, it's disappointing to see them allowed to the restaurant - floor is sometimes overly slippery, and instead of the sign they should work on solutions (e.g. even some of the concrete is like ice) - funny situation, when there were like 8 staff at the reception, and only me as a guest, they all tried to look very busy. Waited for some time, called them out, and they finally found someone to help ( and speaks English I guess) - some young male staff, at the bar or ice cream stand are ignorant and give the impression they are doing you a favor. Luckily this is rather the exception, but their attitude doesn't fit this hotel. The beach(sea): - it is sandy and nice, but a fair warning: the water is treacherous: there are frequent waves, so you cannot see beneath, but there are big rocks spread below the surface. I have injured myself by hitting such a big rock formation. Always check your entry and exit points!

The hotel was awesome. The rooms are so clean and new, cleaners clean really god. The food is soo extra, there is something for everyone - and so many delicious desserts. Good drinks also and they can make something different if you don’t like what is included. The best bartender is Murat. There is so many things do to for children, there is a team at the hotel that is called ”entertainment team” - and they make the time for the children the best. They have a lot of activities and different also. Especially Can is really good with everyone. Good shows every evening and mini disco for kids. If you walk like 5 minutes there is a lot of shopping also.

From the moment we arrived at Green Garden Resort and Spa, we felt warmly welcomed. Despite our late arrival at 1 AM, the staff ensured the restaurant remained open for a light evening meal—a thoughtful gesture that was deeply appreciated after an eight-hour journey. The staff, in general, were incredibly friendly and service-minded, always striving to make us feel at home. A special shout-out to Gizem in the restaurant, whose kindness made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. The only thing we missed was a greater selection of fresh fruits, like watermelon and melon. The room was well-kept, with daily housekeeping providing fresh towels—everything was clean and well-maintained. The resort also offers a great range of activities, from mini-golf to the Lollo & Bernie kids’ club, which kept our two-year-old entertained all day. Overall, the resort truly has everything one could need and more. We will happily recommend it to friends and family and are already looking forward to returning next year!
