Green Garden Suites Hotel

Three of us stayed at the Green Garden Apartment Suites for two nights and three days, and our experience was exceptional. From a hospitality standpoint, the staff went above and beyond. Although we had booked a one-bedroom suite, the management kindly opened an adjacent room at no extra charge. When we needed to print a few documents, they took care of it promptly. Later, I realized I had left a pair of jeans in the closet, and they were more than willing to ship it to my home address. As for the accommodation itself, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. The beds, pillows, and blankets were spotless and incredibly comfortable. The cleaning staff was punctual, ensuring fresh towels and spotless surfaces daily. The room and its appliances looked brand new, giving us the feeling of being the first to use them. The location was another highlight—just a short walk from the sea, downtown, and a large shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, our stay was flawless. Everything was handled with professionalism, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Some stays are made great by the people who serve. And at Green garden suites hotel Derya made it great for us. Always helpful and always a positive attitude with a smile. The apartment was great. The systems in place to save electricity are good. The beds served very well. Access to Green garden resort and spa helped us enjoy the calmness of suites hotel while using some of the resort services. Close to several good eating places and the beach. Will stay here again. My teenager sons enjoyed this as much as we parents did. For those of you who like walks, the beach promenade is close by, a round trip to the castle, I love alanya point and dimcia picnic spots are walks i took and enjoyed

This was our first time in Alanya, and we had many questions – but Derya was always there with a warm smile and a helping hand. I wanted to get a tattoo for the first time, and she supported me every step of the way. She offered professional, thoughtful advice, connected me with the right artist, and even followed up to make sure I took the necessary aftercare steps. Her care made the whole experience feel safe and special. On the second-to-last day, my son became sick, and once again, Derya was right there – calm, kind, and supportive. She’s truly a gem. Every organization needs someone like her: service-minded, attentive, and genuinely guest-focused. Gurkan, the night receptionist, was also great – helpful and friendly with everything we needed. The cleaning lady who looked after our room was lovely and did a wonderful job. Overall, the entire staff, shop owners, and service providers we met in Alanya were incredibly welcoming. My family used several on-site services including the nail and hair salon, the photographer, the corner bar, and the tattoo studio. The food at the Corner Bar was fantastic, and the owner was very helpful. (They could brush up a little on their cappuccino game though 😉) All in all, it was a wonderful experience in Alanya, and we truly hope to visit again soon!
