Hitel location is in the middle of nothing.If you are on the roadtrip it's nice to stop and rest.Rooms are very comfy and big,good beds,nice bathroom but everything dated and ready for refurbishment. Breakfast is the best ever,as its coffee... Staff very polite and professional,they spoke English very well
We chose this hotel because it was in the most convenient location for our road trip overnight stay. By the highway and with free parking. The breakfast is quite good for Italy, omelettes are also served and coffee is made by a barista. The hotel itself is old-fashioned, but everything is still in a more or less decent condition. The sounds of passing cars could be heard in the room, but it's a fairly low-traffic road (at least on the weekend) and it didn't bother us much.
I guess it was probably a very good hotel 20 years ago. But seems that since then, they didn't invest 1 cent in renewing and not enough in maintenance. They advertise a gym/fitness studio, but this is a joke. There is no equipment working, no dumbells, no floor mat, absolutely nothing.
