We rate our stay as VERY SUCCESSFUL. A good hotel for families with children, the staff friendly and approachable. There is a language barrier – they speak almost exclusively Turkish and Russian, but when needed, they call someone who speaks better English. The hotel is old but has enormous potential, is in a beautiful location, and offers a very relaxing stay. Hotel: The common areas look just like the photos. It is renovated and pleasant. Air-conditioned. The corridors leading to the rooms look dated. The reception staff are excellent. Restaurants: The food was varied, with delicious fresh salads, drinks, and excellent coffee and tea. The restaurant staff did an excellent job. They cleaned tables and the entire restaurant area quickly. Bars: Tasty drinks, a variety of alcoholic beverages, and the bartenders were open and communicative. They know how to make delicious cocktails, especially at the pool bar. The staff also offered drinks themselves and brought them to the tables and pool. Rooms: They need refreshing and a good cleaning. The cleaning was cursory and incomplete. Stains on the sink remained with us throughout our stay, and the mirror looked as if it had been cleaned by a 5-year-old. Upon entering the room after check-in, there were black hairs around the sink, and the ashtray was full of cigarette butts and a cigarette pack. The windows were dirty, and the curtains were stained. The room needs minor renovations; for example, the door was torn and the shower had rusty parts. A huge plus was the beautiful view from the terrace, overlooking the entire hotel grounds, the pools, and the sea. I will remember this for a long time. The grounds: very well-maintained, pleasing to the eye, a pleasant place to spend time. Huge garden. Pool: very large, plenty of loungers, never crowded. No need to reserve a spot because you'll always find one. The loungers could be cleaner. The pool (both small and large) should be cleaned every evening, but it isn't. Beach: A beautiful, sandy beach with a pier. Perfect for an evening stroll; you might even find a shell. Sun loungers and pavilions are available on the beach. Entertainment: The wonderful animators (especially Ms. Fatimagul, who speaks English) at the mini club encourage every child to join in the fun. They are very well-prepared; the children love spending time there. My daughter participated in several games and face painting and was very happy. The entertainment for adults was also very good; the foam party, exotic day, and other activities were a very pleasant addition to the day. The evening entertainment was too late for us, starting only at 9:30 PM, so we have no opinion. ADVANTAGES: - large main pool - large children's pool - water park - fantastic views - beautiful beach - delicious food and drinks - well-maintained hotel grounds - entertainment for children - friendly staff DISADVANTAGES: - poor quality of room cleaning - rooms in need of renovation - no air conditioning in the rooms from 3-7 a.m. (it got incredibly hot throughout the hotel) - very loud parties every day until 2 a.m. (although this may be an advantage for some)
First, the hotel is near a really nice beach and the pools are quite big and plenty. But our stay as a family was not the best one. You have music until late in the night (midnight) which you can hear up to the seventh floor with closed windows. The rooms itself are not in best condition. We had the biggest room (suite) and you found plugs with need repairs, a water lever that stuck and a worn/used tab. Also in the first night our minibar was not filled with water or anything. Also service : where the reception was nice, the service in the bars was difficult. Only a few people understand English or German , most speak Russian or Turkish. Also the alcohol or drinks was of minor quality. The food was mostly fresh but nearly every day the same (don‘t be fooled by Italian night - that meant only ceases salad which is not Italian). At least the times for dinner were strange. From 16:00 to 18:30 it‘s not able to get food except from the pastry. And dinner only lasts until 21:00. For a party holiday - go for it. For a holiday with kids - don‘t worked out for us
One of the biggest letdowns was the drinks—the alcohol is clearly fake. They’ve added some kind of flavoring to mimic the taste, but there’s no actual alcohol content. It felt deceptive and took away from the “all-inclusive” experience. The beach area was another downside. It feels more like a public beach—crowded, noisy, and lacking any sense of exclusivity or comfort.
