Amazing hotel, great location, right on the beach, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, good food, lots of options. Separate grill area outside for dinner. We booked side sea view room and the view was a bit disappointing with a tree blocking. Plenty of bars, good drinks and fast service. There is also non all inclusive bar showing live sport on site. Friendly entertainment team but it does get too much sometimes when they come over for a chat when you try to relax by the pool. However, there is adults only pool and it is much more quiet. Felt very safe, security visible and doing great job. The only criticism is, we were constantly approached by hotel sellers, both by the pool and in lobby bar area - hairdresser, photographer, excursions, spa, massage etc. It really is too much, I am happy to listen to what they have to offer but then they come back and ask if I decided something. I had a massage and it was good. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we will come back next year
Overall great hotel! Stunning location, great food, good rooms. The animation team was the highlight of our stay. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.
My stay at Green Nature Diamond was, in many respects, enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, the food was fresh with a wide variety, and the majority of the staff were welcoming and attentive. I would like to commend Sedef for her exceptional service and constant willingness to help, as well as Nehir, who kindly arranged a quiet location for us to pray during our stay. Unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by an incident at the end of my visit. After checking out, I requested a place to pray and was refused by two male members of the front desk staff. This left me feeling deeply disappointed and unwelcome. Due to this experience, I will not be returning. I hope the hotel management will address this matter by ensuring all staff are trained to accommodate reasonable and respectful requests from guests of all backgrounds, so that future visitors can enjoy their stay without similar disappointment.
