This is a new hotel and our flat was very clean with a beautiful view towards the green hills. The view from the balcony was great. Close to the hotel you can find many restaurants on the river side. All staff members were very kind and helpful. The reception staff Emina was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. You don't need to book a hotel in the heart of the city centre with the noise and pollution. I recommend this hotel which is _30mins drive from the center_ to everyone who look for accomodation with nature view on green hills and pine trees and fresh air.
PROS: Staff very helpful and kind. If it is in their power to help out with something they will do it. One little critique: No complimentary water bootles nor coffee to prepare yourselves.
I have a booking with this hotel and confirm before 3 week of check -in and the day I should chick in they informed me after I call them that we are overbooked and they can't accommodate me and my family, and they don’t care about the children and the family with me , I have been traveling all around the world and never thats happen to me ..
