Very nice hotel with kind staff. The behavior of reciptions was friendly as well as that of the hotel's atmosphere... Clean rooms with good room service support. I will choose this hotel again🤩
The room is so tight too small, The hotel has an issue with the hot water, especially at night. The bed pillows are not clean. The breakfast buffet does not have a diversity of the food options, The hotel location is far away from the center of Trabzon (Meydan).
