A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Green Paradise – With Special Thanks to Anna Lisa, Marco, Pina, and Brizzio! Our stay at Hotel Green Paradise in Puglia was nothing short of magical. The location is breathtaking – surrounded by lush greenery and close to the sparkling coastline – and the rooms were comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made our holiday unforgettable, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Anna Lisa was simply incredible – she not only welcomed me with genuine warmth, but also organized a fantastic boat tour and a delightful wine tasting that became some of the highlights of my trip. Her attention to detail and kindness made everything feel effortless. Marco was equally wonderful, always ready with a smile and a helping hand, and together with Pina they prepared the most delicious and lovingly made breakfasts each morning. Starting the day with their freshly prepared treats, surrounded by the serene atmosphere of the hotel, was pure joy. A special thank you also to Brizzio, who drove us to and from the beautiful beach with such friendliness and punctuality – making every transfer a pleasant part of the day. It’s rare to find such heartfelt care and professionalism in one place. Anna Lisa, Marco, Pina, and Brizzio truly made us feel at home and turned a great trip into an unforgettable experience.

Location is nice with access to a beach (10 min by car). Rooms were quite spacious with a nice garden. However the service at breakfast was very messy.

Noise: for us it was very important to stay in a calm hotel. Before we booked we asked by mail, if it's a calm resort. The hotel assured and confirmed us that it was quiet and that we would get quiet bungalows. We booked deluxe bungalows. Unfortunately, these are very poorly insulated and therefore very noisy. The hotel itself is quiet, but the sound from a neighboring hotel is very loud until after midnight and till 2 a.m. in some nights. If you are sensitive to noise, unbearable, as you hear the music and entertainment even with the windows closed. We complained, they called the other hotel, but the volume only changed for 1-2 nights. After that everything stayed the same. The hotel offered us another (smaller) room with a lower standard, but it was not possible for us to change because of health reasons. So we had to put up with the noise at night. So frustrating! If we had known that, we could just as easily have booked a hotel closer to the city. Beach: the way to the beach was few kilometers, You need to be mobile with a car or motorbike (bicycles are not optimal, traffic and very hot weather to drive during the day) Otherwise you must take the shuttle bus (on sunday the service is not available). For sunbeds and umbrella you must pay extra although on the hotel website and in the mail offer they present this as if it were included. That's very borderline! Service/Staff: We found some of the staff were very friendly, others unfriendly / rude. Especially the restaurant chef Alessandro made a very poor debut. He disciplined our friends, telling them that we had to speak English. Just because our friends asked him whether he spoke English or German because they don't speak Italian. On the days that followed, after we immediately reprimanded him, he made a certain effort to be more friendly. The barista was often stressed and accordingly rude, as he was alone at breakfast time on some days and couldn't keep up with the demand. The lifeguard from the poolarea and the driver of the shuttlebus were very friendly, also the women’s of the cleaningservices. Restaurant: We booked with breakfast, which was a buffet. It was ok but everyday the same food. For dinner we went only one evening to the restaurant. The food we have ordered à la carte was delicious, but in our opinion too expensive. Room Cleaning: it was always very clean, top. Resort: lots of nature around, beautiful facility conclusion: unfortunately never again
