Terrible service, especially from the lady at the reception. Gave us a room without hot water, a dirty Jacuzzi bath, and a non-working TV remote control. We eventually moved to a new room, and the next day, instead of apologizing, she still had the audacity to try to prove she was right. Overall, the experience was a 2 because the location was amazing, and the second room improved our stay; however, the lack of hospitality, especially from that lady, was one of the worst I have ever witnessed.
Went in for 30-45 minutes only to come out because our friends went o another beach club down the street. It was an honest mistake and we asked for a refund. None was given. Not cool! At least a partial refund would have been fair. Besides the beach is horrible and the water really is shallow and dirty. I am glad we didn’t end up staying there. Avoid it if you want to go to the beach at the lagoon!
