Very good experience. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They had some who spoke English, which was very helpful. The overall place was very. The pool, gym and other elements were really nice. I had the chef Hamburger, and I can tell you it and the fries very much taste like the hamburgers sold in the United States -they were good and I do recommend. The shower was very nice. The showerhead was strong and felt really nice, and could get hot. My only minor criticism is the renovation in the shower covered the old grout was peeling off. I would recommend instead of covering the old grout, to regrout. That minor detail isn't a game changer.
Went on a business trip recently and I very much enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and the beds are super comfy. My only complaint would be the location. There are no subways nearby. Overall, great experience.
Nice hotel, good restaurant. If staying in Sao Paulo, a great place to stay and good price.
