This was probably our 4 or 5 time staying at Green Valley and they never fail to impress! The customer service is above standard! ALL the employees seem to love their jobs! The rooms are clean the beds are comfy and I love the soaking tubs! Most everything you want is on the property, beach like swimming pools, spa, salon and massage area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. You can eat at the food court or a 5 star restaurant, try your luck in the casino, play in the arcade or even go to a movie without even leaving the property! And for you diehard Starbucks customers there are 2 on the property. And it's reasonably priced!! Try it! 🙏🏾♥️
My boss got me a cabana here for my celebration into my new role when I tell you my mouth trap at how beautiful the pool area is it is definitely a resort. The service was so wonderful. We ordered food and it was OK for the price. Definitely large portions. The drinks were okay nothing really special, but the atmosphere was amazing. I didn’t get a lot of pictures because I was having such a wonderful time. I would highly recommend especially the cabana. It has a little private pool for just the cabana ppl.
Rooms beyond dated. The TV’s are from about 2005. The AC worked only half the time and barely blew cold air; the people at the front desk argued with me instead of solving it and didn’t even want to send a fan to my room despite waking up at 2am in the middle of the night in a full body sweat. The sink in my room had problems. Ice machines not clearly marked and not on every floor. Massive construction on premise and they thought painting in the middle of the lobby in the middle of the morning is okay. All shops were closed. Food court was shut down the whole time we were there. Restaurants were very overpriced and very low quality. Pool was only open 10-7. Very little to do nearby. This is a tourist trap, best case. It’s the worst place I’ve stayed in the Vegas metro since the New Frontier was torn down. They catered our meetings and it was the worst quality catered food we’ve gotten. Cold brisket cut with the grain so it was dry and tough at the same time with not even salt on it. In short this place is a colossal ripoff at any price.
