I was simply amazed by this place and the way it is managed. I will certainly return!❤️
There is no hot tub they are saying its on “service”now but the hut tub is nowhere to be seen even if on their address page says its there there was no information what so ever that this is the case, payed all inclusive cafe is turned off and juice is turned off in excuse they are cleaning it its been more then 3 hours now and they have not turned it on the rooms are clean the service is terrible the waitress is talking on the phone and serving food receptions are not always there even when asked for coffee they said its not available now and when we were checking in on the reception they said drinks were available from 10 till 22. Location wise its far to walk to Bansko.
Paid all inclusive , they are turning off the drinks? What is this behaviour the service is wearing ripped jeans talking to phones this hotel does not deserves 4 stars at least 3 because of the rooms , also the hot tub is not working the pool water is cold
