Great experience! Truly the best hotel in GenSan. We always feel at home here. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, especially Rex Anting, who has been consistently assisting us every time we check in. He’s professional, courteous, and genuinely makes our stay extra smooth every single time. One of the things I love most is how clean and fresh-smelling their washrooms are. That’s super important for me. Their food is consistently amazing, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or cocktails at night. And major plus, the staff are so attentive. You don’t even have to ask for a water refill, they just know. There’s always a waiter on standby, ready to assist with a smile, which shows how well-trained and guest-focused they are. Rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the wifi is fast, perfect for both work and relaxation. The location is also a big win. It’s just walking distance to the mall, gym, and there’s even a car wash right in front for extra convenience. Everything you need is literally a few steps away. And oh my gosh, the cakes! Their cheesecakes are divine, and their cocktails are delicious yet budget-friendly. You get the flavor and the buzz without breaking your wallet. If you’re in GenSan and just want to chill with your family, I highly recommend getting their Club Heneral membership. It’s absolutely worth it, especially if you’re assisted by Rex Anting, who goes above and beyond to make the whole experience even more special. His service really makes a difference. Greenleaf never disappoints.
Good location. Mix of good and not so good staffs. Rooms are just fine. common. What i don’t like is alot of us (multiple families stayed there) and got issues on room door access on our rooms even after going back to receptionist 4x.
We went for breakfast only. Even if I had been a guest and the rooms were amazing nd everything else was amazing. It was severely let down by the breakfast. There were 80 plus people at peak time and from 7am until 10am the buffet plates were cold or empty. The coffee and chocolate ran out and took 15 mins for the mugs to come then another 10 mins for the coffee to be refilled. The serving plates and mugs and cups were in short supply for the food as well as the dishes. I think they would have done better with less options as there were maybe 30 hot dishes as well as bread fruits and salad, they just couldn't keep up in peak time and food was too scarce closer to closing time.
