Beautiful hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly! Few important things to note… the queen beds are full beds, there is not free breakfast and the liquor at the bar(especially the tequila) is very overpriced. Overall, I would stay here again. I used the gym as well and it was well stocked with machines and equipment.

I travel here quite a but, and every time I stay, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The entire day shift staff is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming — they truly go above and beyond. And the night shift staff/auditors? Absolute gems. No matter how late I arrive, they always greet me with warmth and kindness that makes it feel like home. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, but it’s really the staff that make this hotel stand out. I may not remember everyone’s names, but I won’t forget how they make me feel — appreciated and cared for. I stay at many properties, and not every team greets you with the same genuine warmth — but this staff does, every single time. Whoever trained them, keep up the amazing work, because it’s rare to find not just one or two, but an entire team that truly cares. Honestly, even if I didn’t love my room, I’d still keep coming back — that’s how outstanding the staff is here. L.G.

I stayed at the Greenville Marriott from June 24–27 2025, and was disappointed with the room cleanliness and upkeep. I found a sticky spill (looked like a milkshake) left on the floor behind furniture, the shower curtain had visible black mold spots, and the wall-mounted soap dispenser was broken and difficult to use. While these issues affected the overall experience, I will say the amenities were solid and the location was very convenient—less than 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Staff interactions were friendly, but housekeeping and maintenance need major attention. Photos attached to support this review.
