We stayed in apt 405 for a few days while on holiday and it was very pleasant. Apartment was well fitted and beds were comfy. There was aircon in all the rooms and the security guards were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Rented an Airbnb and enjoyed the stay thought the week, however no one warns you of club Gold right next door. The music travels through the building foundation, we could not sleep over the weekend because of the noise levels and woke up tired. Other than that, we had a great stay. Convenient location, 5mins from V&A Waterfront with exceptional views of Table Mountain. Second bedroom could have benifited from more natural light. Best part is this was loadshedding free for the duration of our stay.
Pretty apartments and convenient location and parking. However, there is construction going on, so expect noise on weekdays. Would not recommend to stay in an apartment without air conditioning as you will have to choose between sweat and mosquitoes...
