The hotel location is wonderful. All greenery around. Near the botanical garden. The beach is 7-8 minutes walk. The hotel staff is very polite. Our room was the best size and had a sea view, which we did not agree on in advance. It was a surprise. I am grateful

Thanks to them first, and thank you to the respectful reception staff. They were very helpful and ordered a luxury car to transport us from the hotel to the airport with a very respectful driver, I congratulate the hotel management for hiring a professional team at the luggage transportation, and restaurant🇬🇪💚

Rude staff, bad breakfast and simply not organised or managed well. The sales manager was extremely rude to me instead of apologizing for a big mistake she has done. I aim to address the email the hotels manager sent me in a later stage after I consult with my solicitors. Your behaviour was tolerated the first time, not the second time. You want tourists to visit your country and hotel you need to treat them with full respect. Everything will be supplied to your hotel manager with evidence of everything we experienced.
