I came feeling stressed and tired, but the warm smiles and genuine kindness of the staff instantly made me feel at ease. They didn’t just treat me like a guest — they welcomed me like family. Every single person here plays a part in creating something magical. The reception team is friendly and helpful, the cleaners keep every corner spotless, the chefs prepare the most delicious food with endless variety, and the entertainment team fills the days and nights with joy. Mornings are peaceful, afternoons are full of life, and evenings feel like a celebration. The staff were simply amazing — every single one of them. From the girls and boys at the front desk to the night shift staff, from the chefs and kitchen team to the cleaners, and even the manager — everyone was so helpful, caring, and attentive. You all made me feel truly valued and special. The hotel itself is stunning — with well-kept gardens, a sparkling pool, comfortable and clean rooms, and the sea just a short walk away. I felt safe, cared for, and completely relaxed during my entire stay. This wasn’t just a holiday; it was an experience of true hospitality. I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels before, but none have ever made me feel the way Greenwood Kemer did. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. A wonderful experience at Sherwood Greenwood Resort! Everything was great the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The resort has a warm, family friendly atmosphere, with most guests being lovely Russian and English families, along with a few other nationalities. The activities were fun and diverse, and I especially enjoyed the Colombian music band they brought amazing energy to the evenings! The only small downside was the snack times, which could have been better scheduled. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially for families with children. Don’t hesitate you’ll have a fantastic time! 🌟
