Gregorini Bingham Art Luxury Suites

The room was excellent, quiet and comfortable. This is an ideal location thats walkable to the center of Bologna that has all the necessary places nearby such as a market and a cafe. Bologna is a quiet place and this hotel certainly is representative of that. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Just be mindful that there are certain hours where you can get in touch with reception other than that it was good. Thumbs up!

Perfect location, lovely building that was very quiet and we didn't hear anything from other guests or residents from the building. Lovely welcome from staff who stored our luggage (and on departure too.) Room was finished to a high standard, and very clean. Bed very comfortable. Fridge and complementary water and Prosecco, also a nespresso machine. Would definitely stay again. One small issue with the flush in the bathroom, had to keep resetting it because it was getting stuck. Understand the age of the building and the plumbing though so not a complaint.

I cannot express more disappointment in this establishment and encourage others to find a place that actually values your business. For starters, we discovered prior to arriving that if you want to utilize their parking, I think your car needs to be ultra small. We had a small SUV and had to park 1/2 mile away. No biggie, I can deal with that. However, upon check in discovered the sink did not drain and was not usable. Most places would either get you another room or send for immediate assistance. Nope, went entire 24 hours without the sink. Keep in mind there is only one sink. Also, the toilet seat was loose and we called that out too upon check in. It was never fixed. Also also, the rooms on the third floor and there is NO LIFT. If you have heavy luggage like we did, you are NOT going to like it as there are lots of steep stairs. We were planning on staying 3 nights, but given their lack of responsiveness and "too bad" attitude we asked them if we could just stay two nights. They said yes and that was the only nice thing. I called out the problems in the bathroom again and asked if they would be willing to offer any time of gesture given we had a non functioning bathroom for an entire day? Their response was "we let you change your reservations to 2 nights vs 3" implying that was gesture enough. The Rooms are spacious, but that is the only redeeming quality about this place. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere or be prepared to wait if something goes wrong. Really the only disappointing part of our 3 week Italian vacation.
