SCAMMERS! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! This so-called “hotel” is a complete disgrace. I booked 3 rooms and paid a €250 deposit TWO WEEKS in advance. Everything was confirmed. Then, just 5 DAYS before the check-in date, they CANCELLED my reservation out of nowhere — no explanation, no apology, NOTHING. What kind of hotel cancels a fully confirmed, prepaid booking days before the stay? This is not just unprofessional — it’s outright DISRESPECTFUL and DISHONEST. I planned this trip, coordinated with others, and counted on this reservation. And now what? Scrambling for last-minute overpriced alternatives thanks to their incompetence and lack of basic decency. They took my money, wasted my time, ruined our plans, and didn’t even have the decency to offer a proper solution or compensation. ZERO customer service, ZERO accountability, ZERO respect for their guests. Hotels like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate. This is a scam operation hiding behind a booking system. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT BOOK HERE. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

The staff was unfriendly, especially the hotel manager who argued with the guests, the hygiene in the room was also very bad, for the whole stay no one came in to change the towels or clean. I have never seen such a disaster from a hotel before. The staff definitely needs a change and the hotel needs to be completely renovated. The location was great, 5 minutes from the beach and the food was good, limited selection but tasty. Don't worth to pay so much money for this hotel. It's not a 4 star hotel.
