What is not to like about this lovely family run hotel. Could not fault anything! Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and were always different each night. The only downer was the ski bus which if course was no fault of the hotel, but it was unreliable. We suggested that the hotel should buy a minibus. We would Def stay there again!!

Excellent value for money with Crystal Ski. Breakfast and dinner more food than you could ever eat. Decent variety of dishes with local options. Bedrooms were a little old fashion but clean and cleaned daily. Decent location with bus stop across the river to the slopes. Friendly staff with decent English, perfect for ignorant tourists such as us!

The location is perfect, but the room price doesn't match the room's size, details and services. We had a triple room, quite expensive as well. The bed was not very comfortable and my daughter was sleeping in a very small and uncomfortable bed. I think the management is new and a lot to work on. I hope they can soon improve the quality of this hotel because it's located in a perfect place.
