Grey Street Hotel

My wife and I stayed here for our fourth wedding anniversary. The room was lovely and spacious with chocolates and drinks provided in the room. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The bed was huge and potentially the comfiest bed I’ve had the pleasure of sleeping in. Despite being on Grey Street we weren’t interrupted by the busy street outside (we were in a king deluxe room on the second floor). Now, the most important part of this review is the fact the hotel is completely dog friendly! We brought our dog with us and he was spoilt! There was a bag of treats in the room and a lovely big dog bed too. There are jars of treats in the lobby for guests to help themselves to for their dogs and bowls for water. Thank you to all the kind attentive staff that made check in a breeze and for making our anniversary so special!

Great hotel....we had a corner room at the front with views over the street. Extra glazing has been put in so minimal noise. Very little noise from other rooms either. Room looked like it had just been redone...brand bee bathroom etc. Breakfast was excellent...

Nice hotel, good rooms, great location. Bar connected to lobby area seems permanently closed but not an issue as so many nearby. Only complaint is that I couldn’t plug phone charger into the wall near the bed, they have weird shaped plugs for their lamps that can’t be used
