Norma is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we sat down poolside, she made us feel welcome, cared for, and completely relaxed. She’s got the perfect mix of warmth, professionalism, and hustle — always on top of our orders with a genuine smile and the kind of energy that makes your day better. Not only did she remember our names and drink preferences, but she also checked in just the right amount, making sure we were never waiting or needing anything. Her attention to detail and upbeat personality took our poolside experience to the next level. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Norma, you’re in great hands. This all inclusive resort is located in the heart of Cabo. Walking distance to the marina. But what sets this place apart are the people that works there and tries their best everyday to make their guests vacation unforgettable. We were here a week for a family wedding.I am vegan and at the start of the trip, GABY at the concierge assisted me with my daily meal schedule and made sure to inform the restaurants of my needs and followed up on it. ADI, the hostess at Don Diego’s and Agave, who would go beyond what is expected to accommodate whole families and be able to eat together. The waiters at Don Diego’s Jorge and Georgina, they are siblings. And Leoncio at Agave’s, makes you feel at home with their patience and care. This is to name a few, but most of the staff are really excellent. And I am giving this place 5 stars because of the people who work there and give their all for the guests.
