Amazing hotel with very polite and respectful personal. I felt the rooms seemed very clean, most important the shower seemed to be kept clean and fixed. Very much worth the price and everything in between. The gym wasn't the best but it was more than enough for every muscle group. I never had the chance to try the food as I woke up to late for breakfast.
It was a great experience! Gulșah, the seller manager is a lovely woman, all staff is kindly and always there to resolve everything, the rooms are very big and very clean; they are cleaning them everyday. They were there for all the group, a big one from Romania, in Erasmus project! We love Izmir and Greymark Hotel!
My best friend and I stayed here for just over a week and we absolutely LOVED the place. The staff made our experience wonderful. They were so friendly, we almost became family with them. They were ready to help us at any point of the day/night. We spent hours chilling with them on our last night in the lobby. The rooms were standard and we loved the breakfast buffet every morning as there was so much variety to pick from. I can't really fault anything. I would choose Greymark over and over again. Highly recommend 👌🏼
