Great location to experience Busan with easy access to public transportation. Nice view from the 18th floor. Clean rooms and easy to communicate with the staff.
We came from Japan. The location is so great, we could visit many places. It is located near Nanpo station,so there are many market stalls nearby to the hotel. And the hotel services are good. And in my experience,all of staff speak English. Don’t need to speak Korean and using translate apps. It was great for us. Thank you for great service, that makes our trips more enjoyable.
It has such good reviews and high marks because they give you a free mug. The location is a bit bad, you have to take the elevator up one floor to enter the hotel hall, the entrance smells a lot of fish because it is next to the market, the strong smell is a bit disgusting, the toilet is attached to the wall and There is little space to sit if you are tall, but everything else is great, the views, the beds and the air conditioning very good.
