Grifid Encanto Beach Hotel Wellness & SPA

We have stayed at Encanto Beach 3 times now. The staff is friendly, the food is great and the hotel is perfectly located for the beach and evening activities. The animation staff is particularly good (and enthusiastic) with activities that our children enjoyed. Dara and Deni were excellent. So fun!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Grifid Encanto Beach! I stayed here with my husband and our little daughter, and everything was just perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully located right on the beach, with stunning sea views and very clean, modern rooms. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh, tasty, and offered plenty of variety for both adults and kids. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the Encanto Wellness Center. It’s such a peaceful and elegant place – ideal for relaxation. I especially appreciated the panoramic indoor pool and the calm atmosphere, while the wellness treatments helped us truly unwind. The staff at the wellness center was professional and kind, making the experience even better. This hotel is a fantastic choice for families – everything from the facilities to the services is designed to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend Grifid Encanto Beach to anyone looking for a high-quality, family-friendly vacation spot. We would love to come back!

The food is very varied and tasty for every time of the day. Alcoholic drinks are very well prepared. The pools are well maintained and there is a lifeguard at the indoor pool. The infinity pool offers a superb view of the beach and has a bar where you can stock up on drinks. The restaurant has a very large capacity so you can immediately find a seat and if you want to enjoy the food you can do it on its terrace. The waiters are very nice and serve you quickly. The hotel is neat and the rooms are clean. Another plus is that you have the hotel beach to enjoy and easy access to the center of the resort either by train or an evening stroll. We went on a mini vacation on May 1st where it was a long weekend in Romania and the hotel was 100% booked and sometimes the staff was overstaffed, which was felt in the management of the number of sun beds at both cats, the fact that people were "reserving" by leaving their towels so not all of us could enjoy the hotel facilities equally. I have sent this signal to the hotel just to find a solution and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it, but that in the height of the summer season this does not happen. Another annoying thing was at breakfast where we queued for pancakes for nothing and people were not respecting the order so when there were 30 min left in the time allotted for this meal, the chef decided he would not make extra pancakes, which was not a very pleasant experience. Also, to avoid food waste it would be appreciated if the hotel could have some solutions in this direction. Another aspect to improve would be the queue for coffee. Every day at breakfast there is a wait of about 15 minutes, with only one coffee maker for so many tourists.
