Grifid Hotel Metropol Premium All Inclusive

For the price paid I fully recommend this hotel, employees were nice and helpful, most know English well enough. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious with a good view of the sea. They have Rituals as bathroom utilities and it smells divine 😌 Take note this is all inclusive but A la carte, so do your homework when coming here( I heard some people complaining but they should learn how to read the rules of the hotel first before commenting). Food was tasty and plenty enough and served with a nice presentation. In one of the days they served lunch in a second restaurant which got crowdy really fast and this overloaded the waiters a bit, but they took this into consideration for the next meals - so it really shows they care about the tourists.

I had a very nice long 1st of May weekend in this hotel and i would strongly recommend it for couples or solo travellers who are seeking for quality time at the Black Sea. First of all i have to mention the friendly and mindfull staff. Although it was a busy weekend, they really did a great job to satisfy all our needs, so thanks guys a lot! I did like the room they gave me, a decent and well proportioned double room with an amazing sea view. I also enjoyed the restaurants and bars of the hotel a lot. Quality food and beverage in a great variety and all inclusive (i booked so). The Metropol is well located in the northen part of the gold sands, a more quite area but not far at all from all the happenings of the town. Everything is in just a short walking distance. Anytime again!

Overall Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement I recently spent seven nights at GRIFID Metropol Hotel, and while the experience was generally positive, a few areas fell short of expectations. The hotel itself is very well-equipped, featuring spacious rooms and generously sized bathrooms. The pool facilities and sun loungers were excellent — perfect for a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, although some items, like the steamed bacon, didn’t quite meet European standards in terms of preparation. We had the chance to attend several of the themed dinners during our stay. Unfortunately, these events did not live up to their promised culinary concepts. The Fusion nine-course dinner had the appearance of a gourmet experience but lacked the depth of flavor and execution to truly impress. The Brazilian night bore little resemblance to authentic Brazilian cuisine and might be better served by embracing Bulgarian barbecue traditions instead. Similarly, the Italian night missed the mark in representing its culinary heritage. On a brighter note, dining at the neighboring GRIFID Vistamar hotel was a delightful experience — the rooftop setting offered a wonderful ambience and a much stronger gastronomic impression. While I attempted to share feedback with the guest agent regarding these areas for improvement, I felt the response was somewhat dismissive, which was disappointing considering the potential value of constructive input. All in all, it was a good stay with strong highlights in accommodation and amenities. With a few adjustments, particularly in the culinary department, this property has great potential to deliver a truly memorable experience.
