Grifo Hotel Charme & SPA

My daughter and I spent four nights at the Grifo in July. Let me tell you just how perfect this hotel is. It is small and perfectly formed. Every aspect of this hotel has been thought through. The staff are delightful and very helpful. There is no hard sell on anything. The food is divine and Enzo was totally charming whilst serving us our meals in the restaurant. The breakfast is amazing, all sorts of pastry delights as well as cheese, cold meats and also eggs and bacon. We ate at the hotel twice I would highly recommend the meals, bravo Chef! The courtesy bus is great for whizzing up and down the hillside! The staff go out of their way to make sure that if you need a lift you will get one from them. Because the hotel is set up in the hills it is cooler in the evenings which is a bonus. Did I mention the spa? Excellent facilities and plenty of choice on the therapies on offer. This hotel is totally delightful I can't recommend it highly enough.

Just returned from an overnight stay and have nothing but excellent things to say about this resort. They picked us up at the port, called a taxi for us when we were stuck in downtown with no taxis in sight, and brought us our luggage the day we left at the port so we could shop that afternoon. Everyone at the front desk was attentive and helpful. Really liked Ernesto from dining. He makes you feel like a VIP.

7/6/25 very nice staff and excellent hospitality. The shuttle to and from town was convenient at times although the schedule is confusing as it doesn’t run consistently . The pool is nice to cool off in . Breakfast did leave room for an improvement , very basic. Air conditioning didn’t work, we could not get the room to cool and could not sleep. You also need to rent additional towels for 5 euro.
