We had a lovely relaxing stay at this hotel and enjoyed a few days of quiet before exploring Brazil. I would highly recommend this hotel for some quiet relaxation time. The Poole area was lovely clean surrounded by hummingbirds with incredible views of the bay. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area. We were particularly attracted to this hotel due to the Fabulous views and lovely pool. The rooms were also really comfortable and clean with great bathrooms.
The rooms are smaller than normal and the double bed wasn’t large enough for 2 people. The homemade breakfast is nice, but with a small food selection. Is not allowed to smoke in the room balcony and also bring alcohol in the swimming pool area (not really big but with a very good panoramic view). All considered was just ok, but definitely overrated and overpriced.
After a great stay in 2016 we booked again for MAR20 and was cancelled by lockdown in Buzios Due to pandemic. We intended to use that credit for MAr21 and prices had gone up by 50% which was ridiculous, it was cheaper to book another place with better rating. Owner never offered to refund the money.
