Grotto Bay Beach Resort

I recently returned from a vacation at Grotto Bay Beach Resort in Bermuda, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff were all incredibly attentive, but special mention goes to the waiter Vinay Raj who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of—always checking in, remembering our preferences, and making every meal feel like a special occasion. The views from the resort are absolutely stunning—turquoise waters, lush greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in your own little paradise. One of the most unique highlights was the natural cave on the property, where you can actually swim in crystal-clear underground waters. It was both refreshing and surreal—truly an unforgettable experience! And let's talk about the food—delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it. Every meal was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Whether it was breakfast or a more formal dinner, the culinary experience was top-notch. We did the all inclusive package which included not only all your food and drinks it also included bus and ferry passes for your stay . At blue hole water sports you can rent kayaks ,snorkels and motor boats right in the resort. If you're looking for a getaway that offers beauty, relaxation, adventure, and world-class hospitality, Grotto Bay Resort in Bermuda should be at the top of your list. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing resort and exceeded all my expectations! The food (especially the breakfast buffet) was absolutely delicious and all the staff were super friendly and kind. The cats and chickens on the resort made it all the better and were also pretty friendly. The pergola made for some great sightings of different types of fish (including some pretty large and beautiful parrotfish!) and was one of my favourite things about this resort. The water under the pergola was excellent for snorkelling as there were hundreds of fish that would swim right up to you, which also made for some pretty spectacular photos! The beach and pool were never crowded and there were always beach chairs available. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff did a wonderful job with that. The crystal cave found on the resort was stunning and worth checking out. I also really appreciated the music played by the outdoor restaurant and pool. It was the most beautiful resort I have ever been to! Will definitely be back in the near future!!

So this resort is VERY pricey, and honestly, I feel it’s overpriced for what you get. We understand the high prices during Christmas. It’s listed as all-inclusive, so you assume the price you pay when booking covers everything. However, after you book, they send details explaining that you need to purchase an additional package to actually get the all-inclusive. They offer different meal packages but we chose breakfast and dinner since we planned to be out exploring during the day. The rooms themselves are fine, but part of the hotel near the maintenance area was under renovation with painting and construction, and we didn’t want to stay there. We asked to be moved from the lower section near the pool to the upper part by the main office/check-in area, which was much better. Overall, the service was good. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to the dining staff was pleasant. The bellhops stood out; they were especially helpful and really made our stay easier by assisting us with navigating Bermuda. The location is excellent it’s literally two minutes from the airport, and there’s a bus stop right out front. That made it so convenient to hop on and off buses to explore the island. Bermuda itself was stunning. The real highlight of this resort is the spa inside a cave and the other cave area where you can swim. That was such a unique and unforgettable experience. I don’t recommend this place for anyone with mobility issues. It’s a mountainous properties.
