Doing a local walk and stopped off for a drink. Looked over the menu and surprised not only by what was available but the price was also good. Ended up having a meal and the venison came recommended so needed to try that and was not disappointed at all. Cut like silk and the mash was to die for. 10 out of 10 from the time we sat down until we left was made to feel very welcome. If in the area do visit and enjoy the experience
Upon entering the interior is a bit dated. But as a whole we had a wonderful time. The beds I couldn’t believe how well I slept. The staff were great. A Few draw backs were the strange hours of the sauna/pool area. It’s like it opened at 11 and closes at 21 when you really wanna go after a long day of hiking or golfing. Great value for the price. The courses were nice and also not crowded. Had a lovely time. Will be back.
Absolutely stunning place, nice atmosphere, great restaurant, spectacular views & fabulous golf course - we had the best time! Highly recommended to spend holidays here, we will be back!
