We stayed for 4 days. Staff is welcoming, friendly and make their best efforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In particular I appreciated the closeness to the sea and the spectacular view you have from the lobby, restaurant and rooms. Gym is small but basic workout is possible. There are enough deck chairs for all the guests even though you need to search a little when you come late. Depending on the season you can encounter jelly fishes but during our stay I just saw 2. We had only breakfast included and this is what I recommend too. We tried one evening the dinner buffet for 25€ a person and honestly wasn't worth it. There's all you need but food is rather tasteless. The evening animation is classy and fun. I had a great time here and would come again. Recommended!
Three weeks ago my wife and I spent seven nights all inclusive at this wonderful hotel. All we wanted was peace and quiet and that's exactly wat we got, at a very high standard indeed. We had booked for June in the hope it wouldn't be too hot, a heatwave struck but didn't affect us because the outdoor area benefits from a welcoming sea breeze. In addition there is the "garden area" beside the hotel, grassy with shade giving pine trees. The snorkelling was enjoyable and the water was very clear and clean. Sea access can be difficult, but my understanding is that that would be a local council and not a hotel issue. The hotel in itself satisfied all our wants and needs: friendly staff, clean rooms, good and varied food. We did feel a bit sorry for the terrace bar staff at lunch time, they were definitely understaffed, but it never affected their warm smiles! The animation team was always there but never in your face and the evening entertainment often managed to fill the dance floor. If you are rather the quiet type there was lounge space for card games and reading a well. Overall we rate this hotel amongst the best we have ever stayed, big compliment to all the team.
We spent only two nights at this hotel for pre-arranged tours, but in retrospect we would have liked to have done a few more days. The exterior of the hotel is spectacular: pool, bar and deck chairs overlooking the sea (spectacular view!) and a cove dedicated to hotel guests. From the seashore, a beautiful pedestrian promenade also starts, leading to the nearby village of Cala Rajada. The rooms could be improved a little, a little too small, even smaller fridge, it would also be useful to provide a non-wall-mounted hair dryer. Breakfast decent, although little choice of sweet food, perhaps to be improved, as well as the café latte, as an Italian I did not really appreciate it, from a 4-star hotel I would have expected a “bar” cappuccino, not from an automatic machine. Overall I can only recommend this hotel.
