Grupotel Conil Playa Adults Recomended

Amazing hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The bed was so comfortable so we had the best nights sleep! The views from our room were amazing over the pool and gardens out to sea. Hotel food was excellent with a great buffet breakfast and on the last day we was chosen to try the Premium Breakfast which was fantastic. I thoroughly recommend staying in this fabulous hotel 👌🏻

Asking that lady called "Victoria" at the reception to please notify my friend that his shuttle to the airport is waiting, but she didnt collaborate, telling me nonsens like "because of data-protection this is not possible". So I had a big discussion with her, as my friend could miss his flight if she doesnt inform him. Fortunately there was another guy at the desk who finally helped me to find me friend and get him to the airport. My impression is that the stuff could get better formation.

I had food poison at this hotel. Reported it to staff at the time, no one from management came to see me. On leaving I had to pay 17 euros for laundry that I had to get clean due to the food poisoning caused by the hotel. I had only ate in the hotel that day. Management refused To wave laundry bill as a good will gesture, in future I will use the hiphotel , nice hotel but after the food poisoning I was very wary of eating the food at the hotel, shame as it was nice hotel. Can't thank cleaning staff enough for cleaning my room after I was extenmely ill.
