Just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. Room was perfect, clean throughout. Pool was never overly crowded, plenty of sun beds. Location excellent for the beach, and marina and restaurants. All in all a lovely hotel.
First time to Menorco, great hotel, location,with friendly staff all over, stand out service from Lucia in the restaurant. Pool lovely , very pleasing always managing to find a space without reserving sun loungers. 2 minutes walk to a beautiful albeit busy beach.
Hotel location is great. Clise to the beach, harbour and restaurants. The swimming pool is really nice. Food is OK. Service staff was amazing. The big downside is the state in which the hotel is. One can see it used to be a nice place, but it lacks maintenance. Humidity is a big problem. The room we were assigned had a lot of black mold. We asked to be moved to another one, that although was better, also had humidity and some mod in a corner. The staff admitted that humidity is a hughe issue and that they clean it as it comes with bleach! Definitely not a 4 star hotel standard. The kitchen equipment is non existing. 1 pan and i boiling pan was all we had. No salad bowl, no pasta colander. No bigger pans.... A pity, as it could be much nicer.
