The room was absolutely lovely, and all the staff are super nice and friendly. The evening entertainment was fun and we enjoyed the atmosphere very much. It’s very easy to get taxis and everyone’s here is really friendly, animation the best part, Josef is incredible :)
Great hotel! Clean, excellent pools & facilities. Very modern room, decent food and location is perfect, very short walk to a great little beach with clear ocean and lots of fish. Only reason for 4* rather than 5* is there are a very high number of wasps and you are constantly swatting them away (our eldest actually got stung). And the evening meal service isn't until 7pm, which is very late for young children to be eating, they are hungry and tired by this point so evening meals were not enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a holiday where you stay put in the hotel and don’t want to venture out, this is the hotel for you, they have a shop and supermarket on site, and a small beach within walking distance, but that’s all. The zoo is a short taxi ride away which was great, the food was average, service was good, pool was great, lots of sunbeds and parasols, evening entertainment needs work, disco starts late, same songs repeated and only on for about twenty minutes. We wouldn’t return to this hotel again for these reasons but wasn’t enough to ruin the holiday.
