Can not fault the service. Staff super friendly especially with children. Rooms are slightly dated but still fully functional for what you require. As a family who require a gluten free diet, we were very impressed with the selection of food available to us. The hotel offers a designated gluten free area each meal time and a made fresh option if you ask a member of staff. Staff are very knowledgeable of gluten fre.
The entertainment at the hotel is excellent and the pool area is clean and fun.We liked it because we got upgraded to a suite for free. Food and service is marvellous and the staff are lovely and always say hello.The cleaning ladies are nice and do a great job cleaning the rooms. The few things I didn't like were that the tea bags are really bad and there is no milk in the rooms. Reception gets very clogged with people when there is new arrivals.We have only given location 4 stars because the beach is very small.Overall a great hotel definitely recommend it.
Lovely place very misleading when we booked just how big this hotel complex is.... staff are lovely and friendly. Food was lovely. Tidy and clean throughout. Not the best to get a sunbed however need to be up at the crack of dawn to get one, at least an hour and half before the pool actually opens. Entertainment for the kids is your typical holiday style, but they enjoyed. Overall we had a fab time but do some research before coming.
