Brilliant fantastic place. The staff are incredibly helpful. The food was brill. The entertainment is okay some doggie turns but was good for the kids and that’s what the parents want to see the children getting involved. The pool is very good and plenty of seating and beds for all. The out Bar where you can get what you need. Food from pool bar for the afternoon.and a freezer full of ice cream and lollies just help yourself if you’re all inclusive.
I've stayed in several different hotels/resorts in my time. This place easily takes the no.1 spot. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Jose, who i believe is the boss of the catering staff, made us feel the most welcome. On the subject of catering, the buffet/restaurant is excellent, an amazing selection of food all of high quality, and new items sprinkled in every day, with a hot plate/cook who provides freshly cooked meats, fish eggs etc, every meal time. We were full board, so we had the benefit of unlimited free drinks, and it was an impressive selection! One complaint would be there was only one lager on tap, and it was Estrella, but that's a tiny issue. We only did one trip to Kathmandu park, bcs the pricing of all of the trips is very steep. 5-10 min walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air-conditioning. The biggest issue is that there is zero soundproofing. You can hear every sound from neighbouring rooms. We were a group of 8 with 3 separate rooms, we asked Tui to arrange our rooms to be next to each other, which they said they would do, but on arrival we found out our rooms were separated all over the hotel and they wouldn't fix the issue, don't know if this was Tui or hotels mistake. I took advantage of the gym most days. It's pretty good, has a selection of dumbells, and a multi-gym machine where you can train every major muscle group. We went outside of summer holidays, so there were always plenty of free beds around the pool, but I'd imagine peak times there wouldn't be enough room around the pool for the size of the hotel.
We had a lovely time here. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for families — with a large bedroom, cozy living area, and a small kitchen. It felt more comfortable than other Grupotel hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff were kind and helpful, especially senior waiter José — his good humor made our stay even better. ¡Viva Betis! On the downside, while the food was tasty, it didn’t quite meet the standard we expected. Buffet trays were often left empty and were slow to be refilled unless specifically requested. Desserts ran out quickly, and we observed some questionable hygiene practices — particularly in how the juice containers were handled. This is something the hotel should seriously address.
