Guadalajara Plaza Ejecutivo

Great hidden oasis in the heart of Guadelajara. Also Pele once stayed here. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Pool was nice and warm. They are currently upgrading some rooms around the pool, but we never heard any construction. Great stay.

Our home in Guadalajara, we stay here quite often. Staff goes overboard to make sure you are comfortable. There's a masseuse available if you ask and breakfast is great

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!! Don’t believe the fake reviews. Either they are paid endorsements or the folks giving this dump. Anything more than two stars have not stayed in a good hotel. It is filthy. Old down trodden hotel. Don’t believe the pictures online because it looks far from it. This hotel needs a lot of updating and it is falling apart. Cheap dirty carpet, decades old gym equipment.. dirty pool water.. truly a bad experience. Staying here for four nights and wondering after the first night. This is far from four star or three star more like a two star. There was a pool downstairs with the homes surrounding it where I guess prefer to sit down drink and make a noise for people who are in the rooms in the lower floors. Danger: nearly chopped off my hands by below ceiling fan. The ceilings are very low and if you are 5 feet or above and raise your hands with the fan switched on, you can hit it. I nearly escape. Average service. Make sure your patio doors lock properly. Ours didn’t have a lock and we had to get it repaired. Safety issue. Absolutely crappy Wifi. Extremely non attentive mediocre customer service. The staff here except the room cleaners don’t evn greet or smile let alone do stuff you requested. Update: Got my room changed to a slightly better room on upper floor. All issues remain though.
