Guangzhou Carat Hotel

The most comfortable and nice hotel i’ve ever visited in china. The room is cozy. But not recommended for friends as the toilet door got one only. Open shower and toilet

I really enjoyed staying here last Oct. The room space is separated by glass which makes the sunshine casts through the whole room and makes you refreshed all the time. The service is always so excellent that you don't need to ask for anything. Everything has been prepared carefully in advance.

I can’t help but feel this hotel is in terrible need of a few maintenance jobs. Not little jobs either. We booked several short term stays because of the excellent breakfast buffet of fruit cereal eggs Pho salads and many other items. The hallway and rooms were mouldy and stunk. We frequently opened our door to allow a fresher air flow. Once we had to move to a different floor. We should have done that before . Mildew present under wall paper that was peeling off. This Hotel used to be our oasis for the Canton Fair for breakfast and shuttle service. This time we spent time looking for a new hotel with a better HVAC system even de humidifier.
