I would like to acknowledge concierge Edward Lin and the group of security officers at the Guangzhou Marriott Tianhe for such excellent service and commitment in helping me get a car during the weekend and when it was storming heavily. I needed to get to the hospital for my treatment and they went above and beyond their call of duty to help find my wife and I a car. Thank you so much to them for such excellent work.

I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Mr. Stanley Chen, the concierge at this hotel, during my recent stay in Guangzhou. Not only did he go above and beyond to assist me with various inquiries, but his warm and personalized hospitality truly made my trip special. A particularly memorable moment was when Mr. Chen helped me locate a parcel and arranged for it to be sent to my family in China. Living overseas, I was unfamiliar with the local process, but he patiently guided me through every step. His dedication and professionalism really stood out, and I can confidently say he is an invaluable asset to this hotel. Thank you, Mr. Chen, for making my stay unforgettable.
