I stayed here for a China Southern airlines transit. I would describe hotel as premium but dated. Several staff spoke English which was great for me as I have zero ability to speak the local language. The room aircon struggled wth the near 40 deg outside heat, but managed a tolerable 25 deg - adequate for me to get a good day sleep before boarding my next flight.
Stayed on a China Southern Transit overnight, we were made to feel very welcome and felt that we had an authentic experience rather than staying in a branded hotel, rooms were roomy and very clean, staff couldn't do enough for my family, we would stay again for sure!
I regret to inform you that my experience at the hotel was extremely unsatisfactory. Due to the substandard conditions, I was compelled to vacate the premises the following day. The hotel's facilities are outdated and not conducive to a comfortable stay for international guests. Additionally, the elevators generate excessive noise, and the rooms emit an unpleasant odor.. thanks to agoda refunded my money.
