Guangzhou Somerset Haizhu Centre

5 Stars - Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at Somerset Guangzhou. The location is perfect — close to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The housekeeping service was excellent and very consistent. I also loved the quiet atmosphere and the modern facilities. Definitely recommended, and I would gladly stay there again!

I stayed at Somerset Haizhu in Guangzhou and really liked it. The location is perfect—close to the metro, shopping, and some nice cafes. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen, which was super handy. The gym and lounge areas were a nice bonus too. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, great value and would definitely stay here again!

Took over 20minutes to check in, had to make payment upfront and was found overcharged. Performed a refund and took another 20 minutes, we were standing there when the staff was trying to figure out how to re- print the tax invoice. My card cannot work on the 2nd day. Told us breakfast was included but was told additional charge in the morning. The toilet is moldy and the aircon was so noisy. We had to stay here for the expo, as other business hotels were fully booked. Do not recommend to stay here
