Very good Eco Resort
Its a Very good resort. It has a good swimming pool, rooms, breakfast, zoo for children and two lakes for fishing. It has a Very good cost/benefit.
Lots of potential, but...gym is not working and the gym's room looks to have a serious water infiltration problem. Even though the pool has a good size and structure, it was pretty dirty with lots of grime in the pool's grout. Security is another issue, anyone can have access to the hotel, there is no security guard in the main entrance, the vehicles don't have any identification and the cleaning ladies open the guest room's door if you ask to, they don't have an individual radio communication with the concierge in order to identify the guests first. Waiters are friendly and work hard, but restaurant doesn't have many options for vegetarians. Children's entertainment doesn't separate the children by their age, so you have 6 years old with young teenagers... Finally, the ambient music in the first days were terribly with "pagode" music playing uninterruptedly, but after a straight feedback to the concierge, they started to play a very nice local radio "Antena 1" radio station. In general, there is a good potencial, but important fixes to be done. Hopefully the gym will be ready soon.
