Gudauri Inn

I was traveling with my family, and we had a great stay at this hotel. Christine at the reception was truly wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. She made the check-in easy and handled everything with professionalism and a warm attitude. There was also a young man who helped the family with their luggage. He was polite, quick, and very respectful — exactly the kind of service that makes a difference. Both Christine and the luggage staff really stood out and made their stay more pleasant. Highly appreciated!

⭐️⭐️ Mixed Experience – Amazing View, But Serious Issues The view from the hotel is beautiful — definitely the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the overall experience quite disappointing. There’s no air conditioning, which is a serious problem in the summer. The room was hot, had no fresh air, and smelled really bad — especially the bathroom. Just not comfortable at all. To get any air, we had to open the balcony door and the worst part was the balcony door. It was extremely fragile and actually **fell off the hinges** when we tried to open it gently. It could have seriously injured someone. Instead of acknowledging this clear safety issue, the hotel charged us for “damaging” it, which felt very unfair and irresponsible. I mean — can anyone imagine a door just falling on you when you try to open it normally? If you do plan to stay here, I strongly advise staying away from the balcony doors. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel during the warmer months unless they fix these serious problems.
