Gudauri Loft Hotel

The hotel is nice with amazing views. The swimming pool is heated and on the 7th floor. Full spa amenities and great balcony views. The reception and bar are amazing with great music and cozy setting. The receptionist (our friend) Tato is AMAZING! He kept checking on us and giving recommendations to make our stay more fun and comfortable:p

This mountain hotel is the perfect blend of luxury and nature. The panoramic views of the surrounding ski slopes and snow covered landscapes are absolutely breathtaking. Beyond the stunning scenery, the hotel offers a class wellness facilities including a serene spa, professional massage services, a relaxing sauna, and jacuzzi. One of the top highlights is the outdoor rooftop heated pool, where you can soak in warm water while gazing at the snow falling gently around you a truly magical experience. With cozy interiors, exceptional service, and direct access to skiing, this hotel is a dream destination for both relaxation and adventure. A true winter paradise.

From the outside, the hotel looks amazing! But the problems started right away... It is so far from a 5 star hotel, I don't even know where to start. The lobby employee watched us struggle with our luggage and decided to light a cigarette instead of helping us. The rooms were not ventilated and did not have air-conditioning, which is ok for winter, but for a summer stay, it's unbearable. On top of that, in one of the rooms, the heater was on and could not be turned off, even though we asked a few times. In another room, the toilet seat was broken, the sofa was stained, and there was no refrigerator and no operating TV. They did not disclose that the hotel is under construction, and some facilities were un safe for use. For example, the door to the pool terrace was held by a broom stick lying on the ground!!! To top it all, the receptionist was so unwelcoming and rude, as if we were complaining about nothing. Do not go near this place! They have a lot to learn about professionalism and hospitality.
